The power of reflection

Hello and welcome to the Your Latina Mentor podcast! When it comes to Manifestations, we can be focused on the future. But what about taking the time to reflect on where you are in the present moment? To recognize that where you are today, may be the place where you dreamt about months or years ago. After speaking with my friend and healer Maxine Dillon of Bluestar Guidance (a guest we will have on the podcast very soon!) about our work together over the last 4 years, I realized how much things have changed. I also reflect on how connecting with my Higher Self felt 4 years ago through exercises with her, to now, to years ago when I did the Vipassana 10 day silent meditation and how being mindful of the present moment, have changed my life.
