Maxwell Air Force Base will honor former Vietnam War POWs (and POWs of other wars) with Operation Homecoming. Maxwell AFB was one of ten bases
selected to receive 43 returning POWs after the Paris Peace Accords in 1973.  Lt. Col. Christopher Troutman, Project Officer, talks with Carolyn Hutcheson, In Focus host, about the events, to which the public is invited.
