I'll share more about that in this episode. OK! SO today I answer a often asked question.... "how do i get over this quick" and multiple ways we can ask the same question. Really we are asking "how can i make this pain go away". I hope to give you a unique perspective today and even some inspiration to keep the good fight and run the good race....
