Larisa Belote is an owner of Step by Step-Wellness.  She is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, CHHC, AADP, who studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and completed her training with some of the world's top health and wellness experts.  She is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and has obtained Continuing Education Units from Purchase College, State University of New York.
Larisa is dedicated in helping her clients find balance in all areas of their lives by making lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
