Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Alex has always had a passion for helping others. As a personal trainer at Treehouse Athletic Club and the owner of a thriving online training business, he uses fitness and wellness as tools to transform lives.

 

But Alex’s journey wasn’t without its battles. For nearly two decades, he struggled with drug and alcohol addiction. Today, he celebrates 5 ½ years of sobriety alongside his wife, Erin, who also triumphed over her own battle with addiction. Erin now leads as the CEO of a financial institution, showing what’s possible when you reclaim your life.

 

Together, Alex and Erin have turned their pain into purpose, sharing their stories of recovery at treatment centers across the Salt Lake Valley. Alex’s dedication to fitness played a critical role in his sobriety, fueling not just his physical health but his emotional resilience and personal growth.

 

Alex’s story is a reminder that no matter where you’ve been, you can rise, rebuild, and inspire others to do the same.
