Peter Grenader: TOOL BOX, Mod Synth

On this Episode of Spiral Out Podcast we sit down with Peter Grenader. Peter is Danny's Synth Mavin. Peter built Danny Carey's Instrument known as the "Tool Box", a Modular Synthesizer used during the live performances of "Chocolate Chip Trip". We talk about Peter and Danny's friendship, the creation of the sounds that come out of the tool box, owning pets, Tool stories over the years, the five parameters of sound, Peter's experimental electronic music and... the age old question, Where did they get the name "Chocolate Trip Trip" from? we also get a call from my vet.
