Cyborg 2 (1993) VHS Movie Review

Analog Jones reviews Cyborg 2 from 1993 for our third movie of before they were stars month of August. This week we look at Angelina Jolie before her big hits of Maleficent, Girl, Interrupted and Changeling. Does Jack Palance and Billy Drago steal the show?
