This may sound like a strange question for many for a few reasons.

• Some think celebrating yourself is narcissistic
• Some have very low self-esteem and are used to minimizing themselves
• Some simply don't see or know the value of celebrating yourself

 

For years, my self-esteem was low.  My identity was caught up in serving and pleasing others, unconscious codependent habits that formed from a dysfunctional upbringing and believing the lie that I don't have time to care for me…I need to work!  Can you relate?

 

I just celebrated a birthday, and I see things quite differently today, so I thought I'd share 7 Reasons to Celebrate Yourself.  I hope this blesses you!
