The Tally Refinery Math and How To Use It

Today take a first look at the arc, it's missions and events, and we break into the math of the Vidar Talios refinery and IF it's actually any good. Then we'll look at how it's performing against the new hostiles and break down some strategies for certain ops levels. President Eco stopped by and took a little friendly roasting on the progress and cleanliness of this months arc so far, and we talk about some of the bugs currently happening.
