Customer Service, Patient Care, and Comedy with special guest Chris Sneed

On today's episode host Shivhon Adkins interviews Medical Receptionist and Comedian Chris Sneed. Today he shares his experiences in healthcare with us.   Chris is currently working with Kaiser Permanente and focusing on his comedy career which includes online sketches based on experiences as a receptionist.
