So many of us have a hard time saying "no" because we like to please and even fear disappointing others.  Having bold boundaries is essential to our very own joy!  However, the French are great at saying "non" and there are many ways regarding how to gracefully say no, with ease.  I share how to do this because I was very inspired by how easily the French were able to say "non" with grace.
