Not only that stress wreaks HAVOC on our mental and physical health. Stress increases your risk for disease, declines cognitive function and brain health and quality of life and longevity.
Understand, stress in and of itself is NOT all body… It’s how long we sit with it and how we respond it that can lead us to Dis-Ease
