At the end of the day, none of us want to be completely selfish, but you can’t pour out of an empty glass.

 

So take some time to fill your glass, even if people call you selfish for doing so.

 

People only criticize when you are filling your cup, but they are the first to put their cup out and asking you to fill it up.
