OTIC Fam, we.are.back! I am so pumped to be back recording and kicking off 2024 with a new segment I'm bringing to the pod known as "Monday Motivation with Megs" These will be mini episodes to encourage, inspire, and motivate you to start your week off with a bang. On this week's MMWM, I share a practice that has helped me with keeping my focus and vision clear when I begin a new year and that is having a word for that specific year.
