E125 - Embracing Change for Multifamily Opportunities with Brian Briscoe

Brian is cofounder of the multifamily investing firm Four Oaks Capital, which currently controls 485 units and $21m in AUM. He is also the host of the exciting new podcast “Diary of an Apartment Investor”, which brings an experienced and aspiring investor together on each episode. He is an active duty Marine lieutenant colonel stationed at the pentagon and will retire in summer 2021 after 20 years of service.
