Born in Germany and raised in North Carolina Jay Arre dream was to become not only of the greatest artist to come out of the Carolinas but to also prove to himself that he can be one of the greatest all round artist of this generation. From his EP “Making A Name” to his top artist of all time this was a great convo and he needs to be on everyone’s watch list of artist to make some noise in 2020 and beyond.
