Introduction to The Science of Well-Being
Uohna gives us an overview of the first classes in the most popular
class at Yale University, offered by Dr. Laurie Santos, which she has
now made available to the whole world.
So far, over 2 million people and counting have signed up to take the
course, and that number continues to grow daily. Clearly, in this time
of pandemic, people are hungry to learn what they can do to improve the
well-being levels in their own lives.
The conversation becomes very animated when we compare this “positive
psychology” approach to the Abraham-Hicks approach as we discover the
many similarities between the two approaches as well as a few of the
differences.
