COLORADO, THE CONSTITUTION, AND TRUMP ON THE BALLOT OR NOT? 

The answer to the question is unknown at this moment in time. We know that a Colorado Judge ruled that Trump engaged in an Insurrection. That same judge ruled that he can remain on the ballot. But the case is now going to the Colorado Supreme Court on Appeal. 

That hearing will take place on December 6. Whatever is decided there, the final decision will rest with the U.S. Supreme Court.
