Heal the Sick: Carry on the Family Business

Jesus is in the business of healing the sick. Even before the resurrection, he sent his disciples out to do the same. From the apostles to the early Christians in Acts, we see a church full of the Holy Spirit and faith, leaving comfort to get close to the hurting, broken, and wounded and demonstrate the good news of God's kingdom. But does Jesus expect us to do the same today? Spoiler alert: Yes.
