Trevor Ragan is the creator of Train Ugly, and he is on a mission to help students, athletes, and people from all walks of life learn the skills and tools for living their best. Trevor was a walk-on basketball player at Duke, went on to open a sushi restaurant with three of his best friends, and now runs Train Ugly with passion and purpose.
