How are organizations failing at diversity and what can they do about it?

Is diversity only how people look? Surly there is more to it than that but looks is how we judge it. Is this panel diverse enough to even be having this conversation? By looks alone you would likely say no. If you knew more about the panelists, you might think otherwise.
