Turning 40

Leading up to my 40th birthday, I began experiencing emotions that I didn't quite know how to put into words. Anyone who has experienced this can relate. I wasn't prepared for the whirlwind of self doubt and emotions that the number "40" brought on. Age has never been anything I've feared but all of the sudden so many things in life were put into perspective. Sean and I talk about what each of us experienced leading up to our 40th birthdays and the perspective it has given us.
