Our Highest Human Expression: Prayer

Gandhi said, "Prayer is the most potent instrument of action."  And there are three main types of prayers.  The first is the asking prayer.  "Help me."  So often we forget to ask.  The second is the prayer of gratitude. "Thank you."  Gratitude always brings more blessings.  And the third, the prayer of silent union with the Divine, happens when we find ourselves completely absorbed in whatever we are doing.  Here we loose all sense of self as we joyfully participate in life.  We become one with everything.  Join us this week as we begin an exploration into the power and potency of prayer.
