CFL Fan Attempts to Set a New Guinness World Record

In 2023, a BC Lions fan named Bobby Dubeau traveled across Canada and set the Guinness World Record for fastest time attending a CFL game in all nine stadiums. He did it in 15 days.

 

This year, Winnipeg Blue Bombers fan Chris Tymofichuk is set to break Bobby's record by about 90 minutes while raising thousands of dollars for the grassroots group, CFL Fans Fight Cancer.

 

In this special edition of 2 and Out, Travis Currah speaks with both Bobby and Chris to talk about the Guinness World Records process and Chris' mission to raise money for cancer research in Canada. Proceeds for this year's CFL Fans Fight Cancer event are going towards the Michael Cuccione Foundation. The in-person event is happening Saturday, November 16th at 1:00pm at the Shark Club in downtown Vancouver during the Grey Cup Festival.
