Episode # 2096 – Feeling The Holiday Stress

The whole, entire gang is here, not just Father Anthony, Cristina, and Tony, but both Producers Armand and Nick (who’s always around).  The talk of hot chocolate and other fine foods are brought up at the start of the show, bringing up how tis the season.  With that in mind, Father Anthony begins with discussing gift giving and how at times it can be stressful for some or when looking for gifts, as well as the holiday stress itself.  This also brings to mind the Saint Stanislaus Scholarship.  Another topic shared besides gift giving and stress from the holidays, is the loneliness felt by some during this time of year.  Father Anthony provides some helpful tips and methods to help cope with the stress, such as getting enough sleep for example.  One last thing is today is the Feast Day of St. Lucy, so this is discussed.
