Dr. Matt owns online consulting and therapy private practice: The Neurodiversity Collective. He provides psychotherapy, coaching, consulting, and training to neurodiverse individuals and their families. 

He has given over 400 talks and trainings on mental health, giftedness, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ advocacy, and psychotherapy in multiple US States and internationally.
