Philippa defines herself as a mum and well-being enthusiast. She’s also a biohacker, an entrepreneur, a sports fan and a cat lover (she admits her two rescue cats rule her office space LOL!).
She approaches different routes to support well-being, such as biohacking, with a blend of curiosity, scepticism and enthusiasm. If it's simple, natural and proven, then she wants to know about it and reap the benefits! Biohacking is all about using the tools, services, research and products which are available today to make the most of what we've got.
