First Time Home Buyers Will Struggle This Year

2024 was expected to be the year of relief for current & future homeowners. Rates were expected to come down, prices were supposed to be more favorable, and overall availability was supposed to rise. But things haven't progressed much in that way. Recent numbers from Redfin tell a different story and the NAR lawsuit is expected to not do much for first-time buyers.
