Sermon: The Healing, Humble, and Hospitable Culture of the Kingdom of God (Monday Night)

Cultures are groups of people who share a common set of values and beliefs.  Today we hear how Jesus reveals some aspects of the uplifting culture of the kingdom of God.  It’s about healing, humility, and hospitality to the undeserving. 

 This is in direct conflict with the culture of the Pharisees spoken of in our text.  Theirs’ is a cancel culture that has to do helping yourself, arrogance, and giving only to deserving people.  By coming to church today, you have entered the healing, humble, and hospitable culture of the Kingdom of God.
