In the latest twist on General Hospital, fans are left wondering if Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will proceed with her wedding to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). 

As their destination wedding plans unfold, the truth about Nina's betrayal is hanging in the balance, potentially jeopardizing their relationship on the ABC soap opera.
