Several years ago, we learned about the colour code personality test from our mentor which blew our minds just to understand how we both operated but more so, to understand the motivations of others. Since that time, we have spent 7 years using this personality test growing, motivating & helping our team create what we believe is one of the best cultures on the planet, & we do that by understanding how people work & how they're motivated & how to get the best out of them based on their personality 'colour'.
