Episode 40: ”Together” and Loneliness

Our first Book Club installment was a discussion of U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy's book "Together: The Healing Power of Human Connection in a Sometimes Lonely World." We talked about solitude vs loneliness, building connected communities, and our critique of the book, which was minimal. We also announced our next book club book, to be discussed in 5 weeks, which is Edith Eger's "The Gift: 12 Lessons to Save Your Life"
