MEP calls for elimination of unfair trading practices in EU food sector - McGuinness

The Fine Gael MEP Mairead McGuinness is calling for the elimination of unfair trading practices in the EU’s food sector. The Midlands North-West MEP was speaking after the European Parliament this week called on the European Commission to legislate against trading practices that negatively impact on farmers. MEPs want to see fair and transparent relations among food suppliers, distributors and producers. Here’s Mairead McGuinness.
