Podcast Special: ALTHEA GIBSON

This week marks a week of celebration and remembrance for tennis legend Althea Gibson (August 25-August 30 2015). Althea Gibson is such an important part of not just African American and American history but also tennis history. She is a rare gem of this world that should always be treasured! August 25th would be Althea Gibson's 88th Birthday! We just had to have a special podcast to be a part of this important event. Rex Miller who produced and directed the documentary film ALTHEA set to be shown next month (September 4, 2015) on PBS came onto our show.
