Wikipedia says “A commencement speech, simply, is an opportunity to share your experience, values and advice.” But I think that this misses the true purpose, which is to motivate, inspire, and show opportunities; all things that we as coaches need to be doing with our clients. Things that are in fact key to ICF Core Competency number nine and number eleven. Listen as we explore how to make accountability inspiring not nagging.
