My morning routine has truly changed my life and allows me to show up well for ME FIRST which leads to showing up well for others. My morning routine used to leave me feeling rushed and mad at myself I didn't wake up earlier. Not anymore! Now I am consistent and cherish my morning routine time.
I LOVE practicing the three habits I mention, movement, mindfulness and mastery.
