Responsibility of the Poor

Pastor Ralph provides guidance for people who find themselves in a position of financial need. The guidance was aimed at (1) helping persons in need break out of the cycle of need; and (2) helping ensure persons providing support do not lose heart (due to abuse, dishonesty, lack of diligence, etc. on the part of those receiving assistance).
