Ramsey County Attorney John Choi Talks with Freddie Bell

There have been 27 incidents of school violence in Ramsey County this school year. Earlier this week, four charges were brought against a minor from St. Paul Central High School. The charges indicate the student assaulted at least one school official resulting in head trauma. Choi says the charges are only one way in trying to curb school violence, not only  in St. Paul, but throughout Ramsey County.
