It is the second film of the week based on a graphic novel/comic book. Needless to say, Matt is crazy excited! Polar is a fun over the top action revenge movie. It drags a bit in the beginning so much so that Mike almost turned it off. It quickly picks up in the middle and quickly ramps up all the way to the end of the film. Polar is very reminiscent of The Raid, John Wick, and Smokin’ Aces all amazing and fun action movies. This is not a drop everything must-see movie but if you have time to spare you will not be disappointed. Mysterious Mike Talent and Just Matt agree, they both give Polar 3 out of 5 Reels.
