COMFORT ZONE KILLS CONFIDENCE

I know that we prefer to be in the comfort zone as it's COMFORTABLE.

Surprise, surprise.

It's a space we know how to navigate, but it's where we don't grow.

Look, I know it's not always easy. I understand why you may hesitate to do things that feel unfamiliar to you.
You may even think you don't have a problem with confidence.

If that's you ... fantastic, I'm so happy for you.

But I would love for you to take the time to observe & notice if:
*Do you struggle to say NO?
*You don't want to rock the boat.
*Do you overcompensate with overworking and over-committing?
*Unable to accept compliments
*Anxious or in emotional turmoil
