E39: Leading by Example

Whether you hold the actual title of a "leader" or not... you have an impact on people.  If you are in a leadership position, your behavior 100% affects those that follow you.  What you place an emphasis on is exactly what they will find important.  You want your team to behave, act, work in a certain way... you need to model those behaviors.  Today's episode is all about leading by example.
