All Latin countries now have curfews and quarantines. Most start at 4 or 5pm and last until sunrise. As a result, not too many happy faces on the street these days. The percentage of Latinos remaining positive and happy remains unknown, since masks obscure the fact.

Forget handshakes- traditional Latin greetings that invade personal spaces like kisses and cheek bumps are taking a big hit. Latinos are flabbergasted and not at all happy about it.
