This week we layback with co-founder of Fishbowl, Sydney's fastest growing food chain, Nathan Dalah. Having already walked through their journey on The C-Side Poddy #2, today we dive into the 'Fish Eye' and go deep into all the things Nathan has learnt since opening in 2016, the ideas behind their unique brand and what we can expect in the next few years.
