Ride Week Day 1 - A Recap of the We The People Ride

Doug Pagitt and Dan Deitrich kick off Ride Week, a recap of the We The People Ride for Border Policy and Immigration Reform. They talk training tips for a cross-country cycling trip (spoiler alert: it's more doable than you'd think), why having the right bike seat is critical, and the surprising kindness of strangers along the journey. You'll also hear the motivation behind the ride: telling the stories of people like Dora, who survived a traumatic crossing into the U.S. after fleeing civil war and almost certain death in El Salvador.
