Is Pageau to Orthodoxy what Beth Moore is to Evangelicalism? The Question of Church as Platform

A regular comment on  @Jordan B Peterson  and  @Jonathan Pageau  channels is "Why isn't this kind of teaching in church?" I began my Youtube channel noticing the relative evangelistic effectiveness of Jordan Peterson as compared to my own. When it comes to how the church forms people, however, the "teaching" as center place in church is very much a question wrestled with by the Protestant Reformation. HOW should churches teach? Art? Liturgy? Music? Rhetoric? Direct didactical instruction? 

Churches have a long history of separating people for special service. In the church world it is called "ordination". Ancient churches like the Roman Catholics and Orthodox believe a lot in "apostolic succession" whereas Protestants look more to "spiritual gifts" as qualifications recognized by the church. One of the big question in the late 20th century was women's ordination. 

All of this imagines the church as a platform, but what we've seen since the printing press and especially proliferating now is the multiplications of platforms where men and women of many kinds of have huge influence apart from the Protestant, Catholic and Orthodox practices of Ordination. How are we to think about this?
