An encouraging conversation with, Assata Nzingha, who, at the age of 21, was given a diagnosis of being infertile, had PCOS and was also suspected to have cervical cancer. Devastated, because she always wanted to be a mom, she changed the trajectory of her life by researching foods that were harmful to the reproductive system and started to eliminate them incrementally over time. By the age of 40, she had 4 children.
