Bible Study - Elijah and Elisha (29) - Is There Not a Prophet of The Lord

2/9/22 - Ahab and Jehoshaphat are preparing to go to battle against Syria. All of Ahab's prophets prophesy good and victory, but this does not satisfy Jehoshapahat. Jehoshaphat desires to hear a word from the Lord.

During times of great darkness, deception, and wickedness God called and equipped two great prophets to service. By the power of God they wrought great miracles, including the first resurrections found in the Bible. They challenged the prophets of Baal, and boldly withstood the wicked kings and leaders of Israel. We pray the Lord will strengthen and encourage our hearts through the study of their lives.
