Prophecy Fulfilled - The Jumping Happening off West African Coast

On 31 December 2019, during the New Year's Eve Service, the Holy Spirit, by the mouth of Ryan Jacobs, signified concerning an unusual occurrence that would take place along Africa's West Coast. The happening would occur on the African East Coast first before jumping to the West Coast. 

The happenings signified, manifested this week, just a few days after it was prophesied by Ryan Jacobs, on 31 December 2019:

Both the South Atlantic 3/West Africa (SAT-3/Wasc) submarine cable (which links Portugal and Spain to South Africa) and the West Africa Cable System (Wacs) (which links South Africa with the United Kingdom) experienced breaks this past week. These breaks caused the disruption of internet, international voice calling, etc. in more than a dozen countries, including South Africa.

The events which are described as a freak coincidence was signified by God's servant on 31 December 2019.
