Weaponizing The Weather

The weather was militarized long ago. This is not a conspiracy theory. This is simply history. The first patent was in the late 1800's, but has been a common practice in more recent times. As far back as 1966 the military used a cloud seeding type process to make it rain more over the ho-chi-min trail in Vietnam, in order to slow down the enemies supply route.
