When you feel negative emotion, it's because something has happened to trigger a limiting belief and you feel fear. Let's imagine you have an argument with your spouse. You perceive that your spouse said something hurtful and this is the cause of your negative emotion. Suddenly, you want to remove yourself from your spouse. You might leave the room, or the house, or even want to leave the marriage. Negative emotion causes you to disconnect from Source consciousness and connect to fear consciousness. Source consciousness inspires you to more connection while fear consciousness urges you to separation.
